Our Story

WeddingHelp was created out of experience gained while building and growing our family business, Timeless Party Rentals, which we have been running since 2023.

Based in Parksville on Vancouver Island, we work with couples and vendors across the whole Island. We were constantly part of the planning process, helping with weddings day after day, and we heard the same questions over and over again:

Who do you recommend for photography?Who can we trust for florals?Is there someone reliable for this?

How it started

Being around that many weddings, we got to know who the great vendors were. Jotting down names, and pointing couples to the right people.

Eventually it clicked. One searchable, curated, local, and easy to use directory. No more bookmarking everybody's different vendor lists.

So we built it. WeddingHelp is that place.

Timeless Party Rentals began in 2023, and WeddingHelp went live in late 2025.
