Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including falsified business documents, may result in account suspension or permanent removal from WeddingHelp.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of WeddingHelp and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
User-Generated Content
Vendors are responsible for all content they upload or submit, including business descriptions, photos, and media. By submitting content, you grant WeddingHelp permission to display and promote it on our platform.
4. Vendor Listings and Content Guidelines
To keep WeddingHelp welcoming and professional for couples and vendors alike, all vendor content must follow these guidelines.
- Vendor descriptions and photos must be appropriate, professional, and relevant to wedding services.
- Content may not include nudity, sexually explicit imagery, excessive profanity, hate speech, or offensive material.
- External links, promotional URLs, phone numbers, or calls-to-action directing users off WeddingHelp are not permitted within vendor descriptions.
- All content must accurately represent your business and services.
We reserve the right to edit, hide, or remove vendor content or listings that violate these guidelines, without notice.
5. Payment and Fees
Vendors may choose to purchase featured placements or promotional services. Pricing and availability are subject to change.
Refund Policy
The 3-month Feature Boost is non-refundable once activated. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a partial refund within the first 6 months only. Refunds apply to unused time beyond the initial 6-month period.
6. Account Removal and Termination
WeddingHelp reserves the right to suspend or remove any account, vendor listing, or active subscription at any time if these Terms are violated or if a listing negatively impacts the platform or its users.
7. Data Deletion Requests
If you wish to have your account or business data fully removed from our system, you may contact us at any time. We will process verified deletion requests promptly.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
WeddingHelp is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between vendors and clients.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of any changes.
