How do I book rentals?
You can book instantly online 24/7 through the website, email contactus@306partyrentals.com, or call 306-500-9626 (Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM). All new orders need at least 24 hours to prepare. A 25% non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
What are your pickup and delivery times?
Pickups are Monday to Friday, 10 AM-1 PM. Deliveries are Monday to Friday, 1 PM-5 PM. Custom times are available on request. Weekend pickups and drop-offs are not available (the company is closed). Rentals are priced the same for up to 4 days.
Can you handle full event setup?
Yes. In addition to rentals, they offer full tent installations with layout planning and 3D designs, event room design and transformations for ballrooms and halls, and large-format stage design and installation with stairs, guardrails, and skirting.
