What is required to book a rental?
A-1 Rent-Alls requires a 50% non-refundable booking deposit to secure the item and place it on hold. Payment can be made by credit card over the phone, email or in store, or by debit or cash in store. Business charge account holders may have this requirement waived.
What is the damage waiver?
Damage waiver is 10% of your total rental cost and is non-refundable. It covers basic wear and tear on products and accidental damages to a reasonable extent, but does not cover theft or neglect. It is not insurance and is included on all rental items unless you can provide proof of company insurance.
How do I set up a business account?
You can request a credit application from the front counter staff or by email. The credit check typically takes 5 to 7 business days to complete.
