Do you have a minimum booking requirement?
Yes, there is an $800 minimum spend. Once booked, the number of services cannot be changed as artist time is guaranteed, though services can be transferred to another attendee on the same day.
What is your payment and booking timeline?
For weddings, a 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date with the balance due 14 days before the event. For special occasions and photoshoots, 25% retainer is required. Due to high demand for 2025 and 2026, quotes are held for 10 business days to allow time for review.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Yes, mobile studio and travel fees start at $35 and are based on distance and number of artists assigned. These cover mobile setup, kit preparation, artist travel time, fuel, and vehicle upkeep.
