What are your delivery and pickup options?
Pickup is available at 6728 99 St (opposite Bagel Bar). Delivery is available with a flat rate of $23 anywhere in Edmonton, St. Albert, or Sherwood Park through Advanced Courier, with extended reach to surrounding communities for an additional charge. Deliveries are booked within a two-hour window.
How much advance notice do you need for orders?
Place regular orders by 4:00 pm the day before. For holiday seasons, request 3 to 5 days' notice. Available pickup times appear at checkout. Last-minute orders can be requested at orders@artofcharcuterie.ca.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions like gluten-free or vegan?
Yes. All boxes are gluten-free. They offer vegetarian boards, vegan options, and no-dairy accommodations. The kitchen is nut-free, though customers with severe nut allergies should call before ordering to confirm protocols.
