About
We opened the doors of our French macaron patisserie in Downtown Victoria in December 2012, before expanding to Vancouver with 2 new stores in 2015. We moved our Kitsilano kitchen over to Granville Island in 2020 and are now fully based on Granville Island with a bigger kitchen and a dedicated workshop area! With now over 50 flavours ranging from the traditional to the most creative sweet & savoury, a new flavour once a week, and a classroom to learn all our secrets, everyone will find something to their taste!
