Can I take photos while trying on dresses?
Yes, you can take photos during the shopping and trying-on stage. Photos aren't allowed during fittings when a seamstress is working, but can be taken once pinning is complete.
How far in advance should I order my gown?
Order your bridal gown at least 8 months in advance, and bridesmaid or flower girl dresses 4 to 5 months ahead, since items are special ordered from the designers.
What is the deposit policy?
A 50% deposit plus 100% of the GST is required when placing your gown order and is non-refundable. The balance is due 15 days after being notified that your gown has arrived. Accessories must be paid in full at the time of order.
