Since 2017, Brie & Banquet has brought abundant, visually stunning grazing culture to Calgary as Western Canada's first grazing caterer. They specialize in artfully styled cheese boards, charcuterie displays, grazing tables, small bites, and short plates designed for guests to mingle and hosts to relax. Everything is made with local and luxury ingredients, from devilled eggs (a signature item) to petite tartines and custom boxes. They offer both onsite catering with professional installation and to-go orders for pickup or delivery, and they're licensed, insured, and operate with full food certifications. Katie Eyre, the founder, brings training in art, interior design, nutrition, and private cooking to every installation.
