Bubbles and Brews Canada operates a fully restored vintage Italian Piaggio Ape mobile bar that comes to your wedding, party, or event with two taps flowing prosecco, craft beer, and custom cocktails. You provide the alcohol, they bring everything else: the truck, bartenders, drinkware, ice, garnish, and full setup and teardown. No cash bars, no liquor markup. One tap is always reserved for a non-alcoholic option.
The dry-hire model keeps things straightforward. They've poured at 60+ events since 2020 across Calgary, Banff, Canmore, and Southern Alberta. Two packages are available: a 4-hour weeknight option starting at $1,100 and their signature 8-hour full-event package starting at $1,950, both in CAD. Add-ons include glitter-bomb cotton candy served on-site, mimosa stations, custom signage, and florals to match your event.

Does Bubbles and Brews supply the alcohol?
No. They operate on a dry-hire model, so you provide the alcohol and they bring the truck, bartenders, taps, drinkware, ice, and garnish. There's no liquor markup and no cash bar. Alcohol must be on-site at drop-off, and they'll advise you on quantities based on your guest count and drink choices.
Will the Ape fit at my venue?
In almost every case, yes. They need a path at least 5 feet wide to access the truck and roughly 10 feet of level ground to park it. If you're uncertain, send photos of your access path and parking spot and they'll let you know straight away.
What can the mobile bar actually pour?
Two taps run simultaneously, typically one prosecco or wine and one custom cocktail. Anything clear and carbonation-friendly (prosecco, wine, beer, kombucha, craft soda, most cocktails) flows through the tap lines. Drinks requiring fresh ingredients like muddled mojitos are batched and finished by hand on-site, with non-alcoholic versions always available.
