Captivating Occasions Inc. takes the stress out of wedding planning, letting you stay present and enjoy every moment. Based in Calgary with a passion for travel, they handle weddings wherever yours happens to be. Amanda and Lexine bring two dedicated coordinators to most packages, managing everything from vendor communication and timeline creation to ceremony execution and reception setup.

They offer three core planning levels. Day of Coordination (12 hours) includes three months of prior support, unlimited vendor communication, and day-of execution with décor handling and ceremony coordination. Month of Coordination adds mood boards, venue scouting, four to six consultation meetings, vendor sourcing, and hotel logistics. Full Planning & Coordination builds from there with ongoing concept development, contract negotiations, and a personal emergency kit. All travel within Calgary is included.

Beyond weddings, they specialize in intimate micro weddings for 2-30 guests across stunning Alberta locations including Canmore, Banff, Lethbridge, and Leduc. Micro wedding packages bundle design consultation, officiant, photography, florals, and arches or picnic experience setups. They're open to destination work, custom décor upgrades, new locations, weekday celebrations, and last-minute bookings.
