I'm James Latour, your ceremony celebrant. My philosophy? Your ceremony should be as awesome and authentic as your story. no stiff formalities here—just pure joy, genuine emotion, and maybe a few tears (the good kind!).

My path to becoming an officiant has been a pretty wild ride. I grew up in a super conservative tradition, but I eventually realized it wasn't my true north. So, I bravely stepped out and embraced a life guided by openness, compassion, authenticity, and inclusivity. And guess what? That's the vibe I bring to every single ceremony I officiate.

Of course, I’m a pro - also licensed to make marriages legal in stunning British Columbia! But more than that, I’m here to ensure your ceremony - whatever the occasion - feels intentionally personal, reflects your values, and is packed with laughter, warmth, and joy—no boxes, no pretending, just pure, unadulterated you.
