They bake fresh every day using locally milled flour, Manitoba dairy, honey, and seasonal produce whenever possible. Their signature Wheat City Sourdough contains only flour, water, and salt, fermented over three days with a house-built starter.
For weddings, they offer full catering from start to finish or flexible support around your own plans. Work directly with their team to shape the menu around your guests and the mood you want to create. They handle wedding cakes, dessert tables, late-night sweets, shared platters, or plated meals. Beyond weddings, they cater office lunches, memorial gatherings, private dinners, and celebrations.
Everything is made in their kitchen and sourced thoughtfully. They donate unused baked goods daily to local charities and have been serving Brandon and the region for over 25 years as small business owners who understand what community means.

Where do your ingredients come from?
We prioritize buying from local, family-run Manitoba businesses whenever possible. We source flour and grains, dairy, produce, eggs, and other staples locally. Items not available in Manitoba are sourced from Canadian producers first, then from ethical, sustainable suppliers elsewhere.
Do you bake everything fresh?
We do. We bake fresh daily and donate any items that don't sell within 24 hours to local charities. We believe our breads and pastries are best when made from scratch and taken home close to the time they come out of the oven.
