I’m Chelsea. I photograph weddings on Vancouver Island—right here where the mountains meet the ocean, where the weather keeps you humble, and where every celebration has its own rhythm. Big weddings, backyard ones, barefoot on the beach or halfway up a trailhead... I’ve seen it all. I’m drawn to the stuff that doesn’t always make the shot list: the wind messing up your hair, your aunt’s wild dance moves, the quiet moments when you think no one’s watching.

What are your prices?

Elopement/Partial Day Weddings: Couples typically invest $1.3k - $2.5k
Full-Day Weddings: Couples typically invest between $3.8 - 4.5k on their wedding photography, prints, wall art and photo albums.
Do you travel for weddings?
Absolutely! I have the travel bug too. Although I live in Courtenay BC I'm happy to travel locally, nationally or internationally for weddings.
What is the payment schedule?
A deposit of 50% of your package secures the date and my services. The final payment is then due one week before your wedding.
When will we receive our images?
All wedding photography will be delivered within 8 - 10 weeks from your big day.
Do you offer documentary/candid coverage?
C.McKenzie Photography specializes in candid, documentary storytelling.
