You have three options: rent water and wine glasses for tables with disposable cups for the bar, rent water and wine glasses for tables plus two glassware cups per bar guest (then switch to disposables), or go all out with full glassware coverage for the night. The second option is the most popular, balancing style with practicality.

What happens if I need to keep rentals longer than the standard timeframe?

Standard rental includes Friday to Monday (or Tuesday for long weekends). If you need to extend the rental period, contact them directly and they'll do their best to accommodate your request.
