Cornerstone Theatre features lodge-style barnwood interiors, cathedral ceilings, and a private outdoor ceremony space with mountain views. The Rundleview Room sits near Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park with two outdoor ceremony locations and views of Mount Rundle, suited for smaller guest lists. The Vista is their newest venue, offering panoramic mountain views through floor-to-ceiling windows and a rooftop ceremony location.
Every booking includes a dedicated Wedding Coordinator who manages ceremony and reception planning, plus a 2-hour Food Tasting and Planning Meeting. An Event Manager handles day-of orchestration so you can relax. The in-house team covers setup and takedown, catering by Executive Chefs (buffet or plated options), bartending, in-house DJ services, and curated décor packages including table runners, upgraded cutlery, lighting, and neon signs. Every dollar spent on add-ons counts toward your minimum spend.
Staff are fully included, with no hidden fees for cake cutting, security, or SOCAN charges. A $2,500 deposit holds your date.

No. Cornerstone does not charge extra for cake cutting, security, SOCAN, or cleaning. Your food tasting and planning meeting are also included. Prices shown do not include GST (5%) or service charges (20%), which are applied at invoicing and do not count toward your minimum spend.
What staff and services are included with a venue booking?
Your booking includes a personal Wedding Coordinator, day-of Event Manager, setup and takedown teams, servers, and bar staff. All services are built into the package.
Is on-site accommodation available?
No on-site accommodation, but Cornerstone Theatre is a short walk from hotels, condos, and vacation rentals. They offer discount codes and shuttle services so guests can choose lodging that fits their needs.
