Edible Artistry
Luxury custom cakes and sugar sculptures handcrafted in Edmonton, from wedding tiers to sculpted celebration pieces.
About
Edible Artistry is a boutique cake studio founded by Sherry Seymour, a Red Seal Chef and Certified Professional Cake Designer. Each cake is handcrafted with premium ingredients and couture-level attention to detail, designed to be both a visual centerpiece and a culinary experience. The studio specializes in luxury wedding cakes, sculpted designs, and milestone celebration cakes, all tailored to reflect your venue, florals, and personal style.
The design process begins with a consultation to understand your story and vision. Every detail—from texture to flavor profile—is chosen with purpose. Sugar sculptures and floral elements can be ordered separately and are assembled on-site. Delivery is included with setup, and consultations may be done by phone, email, or in person depending on the project's complexity.
Edible Artistry serves Edmonton and surrounding areas including Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, Spruce Grove, Leduc, and more. Currently booking select 2026 dates.

FAQs
What is included in the cake delivery?
Delivery includes setup at your venue. Fees vary by location: $25 within Edmonton, $30 to Sherwood Park/St. Albert/Fort Saskatchewan/Spruce Grove/Stony Plain, and $35 to Beaumont and Leduc. Cakes with fragile pieces are best assembled at the final destination rather than picked up.
How far in advance should I order?
Most cakes require a minimum of 2 weeks notice. Complex designs benefit from 3 to 6 weeks of lead time. Wedding cakes should be ordered 3 to 8 months in advance. Orders are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
How should I store and serve the cake?
Refrigerate your cake as it is perishable. For the best flavor and texture, allow it to come to room temperature 2 hours before serving. Leftovers can be refrigerated or frozen in airtight containers. Wedding cake slices are cut at 1 inch by 2 inches by 4 inches, while party cake slices are 2 inches by 2 inches by 4 inches.
