Eldorado Resort is a destination wedding venue set on the shores of Okanagan Lake in Kelowna. The property features two connected hotels: Hotel Eldorado, a historic boutique hotel dating back to 1926 with 53 guestrooms and suites, and Manteo at Eldorado Resort with 102 guestrooms, suites, and villas. Couples can book ceremonies on the Hotel Eldorado rooftop (9am-11am) or select a Friday/Sunday slot, then move to the Manteo Waterfront Ballroom for receptions. The setting offers unparalleled mountain and lake views, a world-class marina with moorage options, and a picturesque boardwalk connecting the properties.
The venue provides full on-site catering with plated and buffet options, accommodating dietary restrictions and allergies. Wedding cakes from external bakers are permitted with a cutting fee. All weddings require a day-of coordinator; weddings with 100+ guests must also hire a wedding planner. The resort enforces a 90dB noise limit and requires outdoor music to end by 10pm. Initial deposit is $5,000 with a 50% deposit due in January and remaining balance 30 days before the event. Located minutes from downtown Kelowna, hiking, orchards, and wineries.

Can we have a ceremony at one hotel and reception at the other?
Yes. You can book your ceremony on the Hotel Eldorado rooftop between 9am and 11am and have your reception at the Manteo Waterfront Ballroom, or book a Friday or Sunday ceremony slot.
What happens if the weather is bad on our wedding day?
In case of inclement weather, your reception venue can be used as a backup, or the ceremony time may be rescheduled. Tent rentals are recommended, but tents are not allowed on the rooftop (umbrellas are available). Ceremony relocations are done as a courtesy with no reimbursement.
Can guests arrive by boat?
Yes. Moorage is available for rent overnight for Eldorado and Manteo guests. Contact the marina at 250-763-3625 or marina@eldoradoresort.ca for pricing and information.
