Owner Alyssa works directly with each client as a single point of contact to develop a fully customized plan that matches your vision and venue.
The team is certified and trained in aerial safety, heavy lifting, safe linen handling, and occupational health and safety. Turnkey services include delivery, setup, and teardown. Pickups occur Wednesdays and Thursdays 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM; returns happen Mondays 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For weddings, Euphoria recommends booking at least 12 months in advance, especially during peak season (June to September). Reception setups can happen the day before or earlier; ceremony setups the day before. A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date, with final payment due 7 days prior.

Do you handle delivery and setup?
Yes. Delivery and setup are available, typically scheduled for Thursdays and Fridays, with an additional fee that includes mileage based on location. Reception setups can happen the day before your event or earlier. Ceremony setups are available the day before, but not same-day. All rentals are delivered to the reception location if both ceremony and reception setups are booked.
How far in advance should I book rentals?
Book as early as possible, ideally 12 months ahead, especially for weddings during peak season (June to September). This ensures availability and the best selection. Last-minute bookings are welcome based on inventory, but availability is not guaranteed.
What is the payment and reservation process?
A 50% non-refundable deposit and signed contract officially reserve your date and items. Final guest counts and rental quantities are due 14 days before the event, and final payment is due 7 days prior. A fully refundable damage deposit is included in your invoice, retained only if items are returned damaged or excessively stained.
