The Great Hall is a year-round venue with high ceilings, an outdoor patio, and complimentary parking. It accommodates up to 140 guests for banquet-style seating or 190 for a reception setup. Couples can also use East Park (nestled among mature trees) or South Hill for outdoor ceremonies, with the option to move inside if weather doesn't cooperate.
Your dedicated Wedding Consultant handles everything from floor planning meetings to day-of coordination. They'll design your layout, manage vendor setup, escort you through the grounds for photos, and coordinate your ceremony rehearsal. An exclusive catering partner (Bytown Catering) handles all food and bar services. The venue comes with a private Wedding Suite to get ready, and your guests can enjoy guided tours of the historic site or other seasonal activities while waiting for the ceremony.

What's included in the venue rental?
The Great Hall rental includes complimentary overnight parking, use of all washroom and kitchen facilities, and access to the outdoor patio. Your dedicated Wedding Consultant is assigned to your event to help with planning meetings, floor design, vendor coordination, and day-of logistics.
Can we have an outdoor ceremony?
Yes. You can choose East Park (surrounded by mature trees) or South Hill (overlooking the 1000 Islands) for an outdoor ceremony. If weather turns bad, the ceremony moves inside the Great Hall while your reception plan adjusts accordingly.
What's the payment schedule?
A 50% venue deposit is due when you sign the contract. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your wedding day. Payments are accepted via credit card.
