They're equally eager to collaborate on custom menus tailored to your vision, whether your celebration is formal, casual, themed, or incorporates heritage dishes. Wedding services include delivery, buffet setup and maintenance, clearing the buffet, and optional staffing for guest dish clearing and head table plated service. They can accommodate up to 250 guests.
The team also handles midnight lunches, bridal shower catering, wedding cakes and desserts, and offers additional menus for breakfasts, lunches, cocktail parties, and fine dining events. They accommodate vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and no-gluten-added options, and source locally when possible. Food scraps are composted, and all disposables are biodegradable or compostable.
