Established in 2010, GP Stylish Events is led by Glenda Passalacqua, a certified wedding planner and destination wedding specialist through the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada. She and her team handle everything from intimate 10-person affairs to 500+ guest events, offering three main packages: full planning coordination from start to finish, partial planning for couples who've handled some details, and month-of coordination for couples needing just day-of support.
The full planning package includes vendor recommendations, budget development, design consultation, wedding rehearsal coordination, emergency kit, lead coordinator and assistant coverage, complimentary rentals, and venue logistics finalization. Partial planning offers vendor recommendations, design guidance, timeline creation, and ceremony and reception supervision. The month-of option includes a pre-wedding venue walkthrough, vendor confirmation, and coordination for 10 and 8 hours respectively. GP Stylish Events also offers consultation services at $150 for the first hour and $50 per hour thereafter, plus specialized micro-wedding packages for couples wanting smaller, stress-free celebrations.

Do you offer day-of coordination only?
Yes. Our month-of coordination package is designed for couples who have completed their planning and need someone to oversee and manage the wedding day itself. We meet with you four weeks prior to review details.
