Grazing in Grey is a cheese shop in Markdale, Ontario offering custom grazing solutions for everything from intimate date nights to large weddings. Founded four years ago by Ashley Neal, who trained at George Brown College's Culinary Management Program and has over 14 years in food and beverage, the business has grown from word-of-mouth to open a brick-and-mortar storefront in fall 2024.
Each grazing box, board, or table is thoughtfully handcrafted with a mix of cheese, salami, berries, and preserves. Individual boxes and cups come pre-portioned for personal servings, boards range from intimate 8x8 sizes up to 22x12 for larger groups, and grazing tables function as edible centerpieces.
