Grow & Bloom Co. is a botanical design studio built on the principle that wedding flowers should reflect who you are and what the season is genuinely offering, not trends or assembled Pinterest boards. Robin Pero brings over two decades of horticultural experience and a decade of floral design to each wedding. The work starts with a consultation where she learns about your day, your spaces, and your vision, then designs from the best of what's in season that week. Every piece is made fresh and designed specifically for you.
The studio takes a limited number of weddings each year in London and surrounding Southern Ontario, with each couple receiving Robin's full attention from the first consultation through to teardown. The design is concept-led and seasonal, focused on colour, texture, and movement. Flowers are chosen for what's genuinely available that week, which keeps the work fresh, intentional, and free of waste. Robin does not work alongside DIY florals at the same event — it's all or nothing to protect the integrity of the design.
À la carte pieces are available for elopements and intimate celebrations with studio pickup. Partial packages include personal florals with table arrangements or ceremony features. Full wedding packages cover personal florals, ceremony, reception, installations, and everything in between. Most full weddings fall between $3,500 and $10,000 depending on scale, season, and design complexity.

No. Robin does not work alongside DIY florals at the same event. Every wedding here is designed as a complete, unified floral experience from start to finish.
