Heritage London Foundation
Two impeccably restored heritage properties offering elegant venues for weddings and celebrations in London, Ontario.
About
Heritage London Foundation operates two beautiful historic properties: the Elsie Perrin Williams Estate and Grosvenor Lodge. Founded in 1981 as a charitable organization, they preserve these architectural treasures while providing contemporary event spaces.
The Elsie Perrin Williams Estate sits on 68 acres of maintained parkland in London's city core, featuring early 20th-century Spanish Colonial design with white stucco, Romanesque arches, and a distinctive red-tiled roof. Grosvenor Lodge, built in 1853, is a Victorian-style residence in the Tudor Gothic style with period details like stained glass windows and ornamental verandas. Both properties offer private, exclusive access to lawns, gardens, and interiors that couples can personalize for their celebration.
A nonprofit organization, all revenue from events supports the restoration and maintenance of these heritage buildings. They offer a Mini Wedding Ceremony and Vow Renewal package designed for up to 45 guests, which includes elegant decor, a photographer, an officiant, and a special treat.
