Hopcott Farms is a working 125-acre property featuring a big red barn, rustic touches, and sweeping mountain backdrops. The venue accommodates up to 150 guests and offers exclusive access for the weekend around your event, with setup from the day before through the day after your wedding. The red barn has wrap-around garage doors, a large dance floor, and the grounds include a 40-foot tube slide, fire pits, a rocking porch, and various farm-inspired decor and props.
The rental package includes guest tables and chairs, buffet tables, a catering prep area with running water and refrigeration, a covered bar area, vintage string lights, white marquee tents, and lawn games. You can hold your ceremony on the grounds with benches, a wedding arch, and sound system included. The venue is a 30-minute drive from Vancouver and 40 minutes from the Fraser Valley, making it accessible for guests. Tours are by appointment only, as this is an active farm and private residence.

What are my catering and alcohol options?
Hopcott Meats, an on-site butcher shop and kitchen, offers catering services. You can also hire your own caterer with access to a prep area with hot and cold water, refrigeration, and freezer space. You may bring your own alcohol with a special occasions license (SOL) and valid Serving It Right certificate.
