Fully licensed downtown Winnipeg bakery café offering custom wedding cakes, desserts, and catering with local sourcing and creative inspiration.
About
Indulge Café and Bakery is a fully licensed bakery café located in the heart of downtown Winnipeg, offering high-quality homemade baking and fresh wholesome food. They specialize in wedding cakes and custom desserts, inviting couples to enjoy a complimentary 30-minute consultation over a hot beverage to discuss what will make their wedding perfect. They source coffee locally from Sheepdog Brew Co. and tea from Cove and Creek Tea, supporting community partnerships.
They accommodate various dietary needs including gluten-friendly, vegan, and allergen-friendly options, though they note their space also operates as a bread bakery so flour particles are present. The team uses inspiration photos to create unique cakes rather than copying others' designs. They also offer catering services and can help with sizing recommendations, typically suggesting 20-25% less cake than guest count depending on your dinner menu.
