What does the studio booking include?
Studio bookings include access to the space for your reserved time, use of a kitchenette for serving (no cooking permitted), standard tables and chairs, washroom access, high chair and change table, on-site event support, and package-specific decor and styling.
Is the studio suitable for infants and young children?
Yes, the studio is baby and toddler-friendly with amenities including an on-site high chair, bottle warmer, private feeding space, well-stocked change table, and child-safe cleaning products. Parents remain fully responsible for supervision at all times, and the studio is upstairs without a gate.
What are the payment and cancellation terms for studio bookings?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event. Cancellations more than 7 days out result in loss of the retainer only; cancellations within 7 days forfeit the entire booking amount. One complimentary date change is allowed with 7+ days' notice, subject to availability.
