What are the payment and cancellation terms for studio bookings?

Accepted Answer

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the event. Cancellations more than 7 days out result in loss of the retainer only; cancellations within 7 days forfeit the entire booking amount. One complimentary date change is allowed with 7+ days' notice, subject to availability.
