Welcome to Jenny Bakes. Since opening I set out to be one of the best artisan bakeries in Vancouver. I had a mission: to create a place where everything is made from scratch on premise with only the highest quality ingredients. Using organic and local as much as possible. I believe that if I can’t serve it at our table, well, I can’t offer it to you.

Over the years, I have adapted my menu to change with my clientele while constantly improving my recipes.

Everything is made from scratch, fresh and in small batches, from wedding cakes to birthday cakes and cookies in a commercial kitchen. I am licensed and insured.
