JP Fine Foods is run by Executive Chef Jonathan Preskow, who trained at George Brown College's School of Hospitality and graduated with honors in 2005. His culinary approach centers on French provincial techniques and the belief that food is eaten with the eyes first. He crafts each dish as a canvas, balancing flavor with visual artistry.
The team caters events of all sizes, from intimate gatherings to 2,000 guests. They serve the General Toronto Area, Downtown Toronto, York Region (Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Aurora), and Cottage Country (Muskoka, Barrie, Orillia). They handle private events in homes, cottages, and backyards, as well as corporate meetings, holiday parties, product launches, and weddings. They also offer gluten-free, vegan, and other dietary accommodations upon request.
Ordering is available online or by phone. Deposits are required depending on order size, and delivery fees vary by location. Pick-up is available at their location on Viceroy Road. The team recommends four weeks' notice but can accommodate shorter timelines.
