You fill out an order form to share your style and vision, then Jules gets back with availability and a quote. Once you agree on details, you pay a 50% deposit to lock in your date. You have up to two weeks before the wedding to make changes. A cake tasting is offered to finalize flavors.
What's the refund policy for online orders?
Orders cancelled 7-10 days before are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations 5 days prior get 50% back. Less than 5 days out means no refund. A 3% restocking fee applies to all refunds to cover transaction and processing charges.
