How long can I rent items for?
You can keep rental items as long as we have them in stock. Extensions are available at 10% off if requested on time. For 4-day rentals, a late fee equal to 20% of the rental cost is charged for each additional day.
Is a deposit required?
Not typically. We only ask for a deposit in special circumstances, like when we need more information to verify an order or when certain high-value items require independent insurance coverage. We always ask permission before charging any deposit.
What are your cancellation and adjustment policies?
Customers must provide a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve an order. Adjustments can be made up to 7 days before delivery, but the total price can't drop below the deposit amount. Specialty items like custom linens are non-refundable once ordered. Canopies and heaters must be cancelled at least 7 days before delivery.
