How far in advance should I book?
Weekend dates in peak season (June to late October) typically fill 8 to 10 months in advance. For larger bridal parties (4 or more), book 10 to 12 months ahead. Smaller bookings and elopements are accepted starting in January 2027.
Do you offer trials before the wedding?
Bridal previews are available once your wedding date is secured by retainer and contract. They run 1 to 1.5 hours and are booked within 4 months of the wedding when possible. Bring your veil, hair accessories, and inspiration photos.
What travel fees can I expect?
Travel fees depend on the location of your wedding and the artist assigned. When possible, artists closest to your location are booked to minimize fees. Expect $70 to $95 per artist if traveling from Cochrane or Calgary, or $40 if your artist is based in Banff.
