Their homecooked menu features world-famous baked beans, ham, coleslaw, and potatoes made from scratch. They source proteins and vegetables in Canada and work with local farmers whenever possible. Beyond the signature pitchfork steaks, they offer prime roast, chicken, meatballs, steak sandwiches, and light options like tacos and sliders, plus on-site ice cream sundae bars and fresh-squeezed lemonade.
