About
Every guest at your wedding is holding a camera. Almost none of those photos ever reach you.
That is the bit MyGuestWork fixes. Guests upload straight from their camera roll and it all comes to you in one place. You decide what happens next: leave the gallery closed and keep everything to yourselves, or switch it on so guests can browse the photos and videos everyone else has added. Either way, it is your call, and you can change your mind on the night.
To be clear, we are not a photography service and we do not shoot weddings. You will still want a proper photographer. We are event management software, built around your guests, and the gallery is one part of it.
Here is how it works. Guests scan one code with their phone camera. No app, no account, no signing up. Where you put that code is up to you: a sign at the entrance, little cards on each table, the back of the menu, printed on the napkins, tucked into the order of service, slipped in with the welcome drink. The ones on the tables earn their keep, because they sit there all night quietly reminding people to share what they just took.
The same scan handles the rest of the evening. Guests type their name and see their table, so nobody is squinting at a board by the door. They can pull up the menu instead of asking what the vegetarian option is, and check the floor plan rather than doing a lap of the room looking lost.
It starts well before the day, too. Send your invitations by email, collect RSVPs and dietary requirements as replies come in, and watch your guest list build itself. Then assign tables from the same list you have already got.
All of it lives in one dashboard: invitations, RSVPs, guest list, tables, menu, floor plan, and the look of the guest page so it feels like your wedding rather than a piece of software. It is live rather than printed, so if someone cancels four days out or you move two people at the last minute, it takes seconds. The code you already printed keeps working.
We are online, so we work anywhere on the Island and everywhere else. You pay per event rather than a subscription. RSVP, invitations and the photo gallery are on the Premium plan, and the seating page and table finder come with it.
