Nibbleez creates bespoke, hand-styled charcuterie boards and platters designed to be as beautiful as they are delicious. Coming from an Italian heritage rooted in food and family, the business grew from a passion for sharing artisan treats. The founder inherited a florist's eye for design from her mother, bringing that same grace and attention to composition into every creation.
Every Nibbleez experience is custom-curated using seasonal fruits and vegetables, artisan cheeses, premium cured meats, and gourmet accoutrements. The kitchen sources primarily from local and Canadian-owned partners to ensure freshness and quality while supporting the community. They specialize in grazing tables, individual charcuterie cups, Antipasto skewers, and signature Petite Sandwiches. Dietary accommodations for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-sensitive guests are available (though the kitchen is not allergen-free).
Based in St. Catharines in the heart of Niagara Wine Country, Nibbleez serves the Niagara region, GTA, and beyond. Large events, weddings, corporate gatherings, and milestone celebrations are all welcome, with a 14-day lead time for events and a 25% deposit required to secure dates.
