Surrounded by a private lake, lush gardens, and scenic bridges, the property offers flexible ceremony and reception spaces including the Terrace Room (up to 100 guests), Lakeview Room (up to 180 guests), and Grandview (up to 400 guests). The venue features both indoor and outdoor locations with covered ceremony options at the Pergola or Gazebo.
Every wedding booking includes a dedicated event coordinator who guides you from the planning stages through your wedding day. Packages are all-inclusive with catering by the on-site culinary team (customizable menus available), table rentals, linens, dinnerware, bar service, and servers. The venue accommodates dietary restrictions including vegan, vegetarian, and Halal options. Common add-ons include specialty decor, florals, lighting, and AV enhancements.
The property is open year-round, fully air-conditioned, and pet-friendly for ceremonies. Can we bring our own alcohol or external catering?
As a fully licensed venue, all alcoholic beverages must be provided by Orchard View unless you obtain a Special Occasion Permit (which includes a corking fee per bottle). External catering is allowed from licensed reputable caterers for a per-person fee covering tables, chairs, linens, servers, and dishwashing.
