Pretty Sweet is a pre-order bakery that celebrates desserts and cakes of all shapes and sizes. They work closely with couples to create custom cakes as unique as their love stories, blending old-school recipes with modern ingredients. Beyond wedding cakes, they specialize in donuts (baked in a mold for that perfect glazed texture), French macarons, sugar cookies, cupcakes, and specialty sweets like bars and tarts.
The bakery is run by Vicki, who earned diplomas in Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts at SAIT and holds two Red Seal Certifications. She launched Pretty Sweet in 2008 as a custom baking business, and opened a full production kitchen in a Calgary industrial space in 2016. She now leads a team of eight bakers.
