Robin Howe Catering was established in Niagara-on-the-Lake in 1995 and has spent over 25 years catering weddings, dinner parties, cocktail receptions and corporate events throughout the region. Chef and proprietor Robin trained in some of Canada's top restaurants before returning to Niagara to build the catering business alongside the growing wine industry.
The menu changes with the seasons, offering fresh choices built from Niagara's local bounty. They work with clients to design menus that are delicious, unique and seasonal, with sample menus available for spring, summer, fall and winter. Vegan menu options are available upon request.
As a full service caterer, Robin Howe handles all aspects of events: food preparation and service staff (setup crew, waiters, smart serve bartenders), rental requirements (tents, tables, chairs, linens, china, cutlery, glassware), and can advise on photographers, videographers, officiants, florists, musicians and DJs. They've worked with most popular venues in Niagara-on-the-Lake, St Catharines, Vineland, Niagara Falls and surrounding areas, and can assist with venue selection.

What does full service catering include?
Robin Howe handles food preparation, all service staff (setup crew, waiters, smart serve bartenders), and rental requirements like tents, tables, chairs, linens, china, cutlery and glassware. They can also advise on photographers, videographers, officiants, florists, musicians and DJs.
How are pricing and deposits handled?
Pricing depends on the menu, number of courses, staffing and service style. A complimentary consultation helps determine your estimate. A 25% deposit is due upon acceptance, with the remainder due one week before the event.
What happens if my guest count changes before the event?
Your guaranteed minimum guest count is due 3 business days prior to the event. If the count drops after this deadline, you still pay for the guaranteed amount since food and staff are already ordered. If the count increases, they will do their best to accommodate and charge for the additional guests.
