About
Sawmill is a locally owned catering company that handles events of all sizes, from small gatherings to groups of 5000. They work with you to design a menu that matches your tastes and accommodates dietary needs, whether that's gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan options. Their team prides itself on responsiveness and attention to detail.
For weddings, they offer butler service, custom menu tasting, and on-site teams who handle everything so you can focus on your day. Paul Doucette, the general manager, brings decades of experience and believes the relationship with couples matters as much as the food itself. Their philosophy: it's not just business, it's personal.
