We, then, take responsibility on the day of your event so that you can relax and enjoy every moment! Our Wedding Planning Virtual Advisor Program allows us to help you plan your wedding yourself by giving you all the necessary tricks and tips you will need. This program allows you to save money on your top quality wedding. This program includes some amazing information to help you plan your wedding and it, also, includes two private virtual hours with one of our professional wedding advisors. This is the perfect opportunity to get to know one another! We want you to feel like we are a great match for you, your guests, and your event! At our first meeting, we will talk about your wants and needs for your event, as well as what you have already completed in preparation for your special day. We love developing a personal connection with you and hearing about the details of your day! Allow us to show you our professionalism and our love towards what we do! When hiring any vendor for your wedding, you want to feel comfortable and connected with them, they will be apart of your wedding or event with your families and friends. Our free consultation can be done in person, over the phone, or even via video chat!

Do you work by yourself? Or do you have helpers?

At Shaping Memories, we have an amazing group of professional event coordinators! We love to make sure that our bases are covered at all times. We will review each event and decide the best option for our clients. Whether you have one or five coordinators at your event, it will still be amazing!!

Throughout our years as coordinators we have been blessed that our clients have taken us on many exciting adventures! We have had the pleasure of working all over Vancouver Island (from one side to the other!), Vancouver and Fort St. John BC. If you're planning a destination wedding or elopement we would love to be your wing-ladies! BC, Canada or anywhere weddings! We love to travel and explore new places!
