ShyLynn Ranch is a full-service wedding venue designed to handle every detail of your celebration. The property features a campground where your guests can stay (camping fees included with your wedding), three on-site cabins with solar lighting and private BBQs, and a dedicated bridal dressing suite with 14-foot vanity and dressing room. There's also a guys cabin for the groom's party to prepare.
The venue supplies harvest tables, cross-back chairs, table runners in multiple textures and colors, napkins in 20+ styles, and extensive centerpiece decor from candles to vases to signage. They have dedicated rooms filled with greenery, florals, and accent pieces to help you build your table designs. Their team handles full setup service on Friday, allowing you to oversee the design process and then relax while they execute the rest. A ceremony rehearsal happens Friday at 4pm with your officiant (hired by the venue) and grand entrance rehearsal so your bridal party knows exactly what to expect.
Day-of coordination is included, with parking attendants, hot and cold beverage bars, full bar service with bartender and mixes, a cocktail hour buffet right after the ceremony, and an evening snack buffet around 9:30pm. They provide reception dishware so your caterer travels light, handle all dessert and cake setup and cutting (no extra fee), maintain tables throughout the evening, and take complete cleanup at the end. Friday also includes a rehearsal dinner area and planning assistance from start to finish.

What is included with the wedding venue fee?
The venue includes camping and cabin accommodation for guests, on-site coordination, ceremony rehearsal with officiant, full setup service, tables and chairs, linens and napkins, floral and décor selection and installation, bar service with bartender and mixes, hot and cold beverage bars, cocktail hour and evening snack buffets, reception dishware, dessert setup and cake cutting, table maintenance throughout the evening, and complete takedown cleanup.
Can we stay overnight at the venue with our guests?
Yes. The property includes a campground where guests can bring RVs, and there are three on-site cabins available. All camping fees are covered by the wedding venue fee. If guests don't have an RV, you can arrange local RV rentals to be delivered before your Thursday opening, or tenting is also welcome.
Do you provide catering and alcohol?
The venue does not provide the dinner meal, but they can recommend caterers and provide guest dishware so caterers don't need to bring their own. For bar service, you supply the liquor and license (the venue can help with this), and the venue provides the bartender, all mix, glasses, and non-alcoholic beverages.
Do you have outdoor ceremony spots?
