Sinders Bridal House is a family-run bridal boutique with two locations: the flagship in Carleton Place just outside Ottawa, and a second boutique in Peterborough. Run by sisters Stacey and Meghan, they've built the business around a core philosophy that every bride deserves to feel celebrated and empowered when finding her wedding dress. The boutique carries a curated collection of designer gowns including Eva Lendel, Wona Concept, Calla Blanche, Essense of Australia, Pronovias, and several others. Gowns range from around $2,000 to $8,000, with most falling between $2,500 and $3,500. All appointments are by booking only, and the team uses pre-appointment conversations to prepare a personalized selection before you arrive. You can browse, pull gowns yourself, and try on with support from experienced stylists. The two-hour appointment slots give you plenty of time without feeling rushed. Sinders also offers in-house alterations through a master seamstress (at the Carleton Place location), bridal accessories including veils and locally-made pieces, and day-of wedding services to ensure you're set for the big moment. Samples are available off-the-rack if you'd like to take your dress home same-day. They welcome customizations and work with designers who support made-to-order changes.
