Where is pick-up and drop-off, and what are the hours?
Pick-up is Thursday from 10am to 5pm at their acreage southwest of Cudworth, off Highway 2 (about 50 minutes northeast of Saskatoon). Drop-off is the following Monday from 9:30am to 2pm at the same location. Detailed directions are sent when your pickup time is scheduled. Many couples delegate this task to family members or wedding party attendees.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is not available during peak season (June to September) due to high workload. Outside those months, they try to accommodate based on their weekend event schedule. When available, delivery starts at $0.70 per kilometer and depends on location, size, and bulkiness of the order.
What happens if I need a trailer to transport rentals?
Rentals come packed in labeled containers and boxes ready for pickup, and transportation is the client's responsibility. If you don't have a trailer, they offer The Getaway Trailer as an add-on for $325 for a 4-day weekend (Thursday through Monday), fully loaded and ready to tow with an SUV.
