Stonefields Estate is a 120-acre farm venue featuring lovingly restored buildings dating back 200 years. The property includes a stone farmhouse, 200-year-old log barn (the Loft), ceremony house, and grounds with fields, gardens and tree-lined spaces. The all-inclusive package covers exclusive use of the entire estate, coordination services, accommodations and catering prepared by Red Seal-certified chefs using local ingredients.
Couples get ready at the heritage farmhouse or Badchild Pub, choose between indoor (Ceremony House) or outdoor (farmhouse grounds) ceremonies, enjoy cocktails on the verandah, dine in the restored Loft barn, and can stay overnight with their wedding party. The estate hosts one wedding per day and operates seasonally from early April through late November.

The package covers exclusive estate use, wedding party accommodations at the farmhouse (sleeps up to 8), ceremony site choice (outdoor or Ceremony House), cocktail hour with canapés, three-course dinner, late-night snacks, professional servers and bartenders, coordination services, and all furnishings and decor.
How many guests can the venue accommodate?
Up to 220 adults can be hosted, including reception-only guests. The venue welcomes smaller groups but charges based on a minimum guest count. Children and vendors are not counted toward the minimum.

The team offers expert advice throughout planning, personalized wedding day itineraries, floor plans and seating charts, a group tasting event, wedding rehearsal, 24-hour HoneyBook access, and full day-of coordination including vendor setup and emergency management.
