How are the tents secured to the ground?
Metal stakes are driven into the lawn or setup area. For concrete surfaces, stakes are drilled directly into the concrete. Knowing the location of sprinklers, water lines, gas lines, and other utilities beforehand is helpful.
What is the deposit and payment timeline?
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to hold equipment for your event date. Final payment is due 7 days before the event. Cash and cheque are accepted.
