The Berry Barn offers outdoor wedding ceremonies in two distinct settings. The Berry Patch accommodates up to 300 guests and sits on over an acre of private gardens featuring floral arrangements, decks, and a natural amphitheatre with a chapel. The River View seats up to 50 guests directly on the South Saskatchewan River with a view from every seat. Both locations are nestled on the family-owned property 7 miles south of Saskatoon.
Ceremonies are limited to 2 hours in your chosen location. Chair setup and takedown are included (up to 100 chairs), as is photography ground access. Pricing starts at $650 on weekdays and $750 on Saturdays, with an additional $100 for the River View location. Ceremony times available are 11:30-1:30pm, 2-4pm, and 4:30-6:30pm. The property is surrounded by 22 acres of maintained land, orchards, and berry groves, offering a country setting with scenic views.

What are the capacity limits for each ceremony location?
The Berry Patch accommodates up to 100 guests with the venue's chairs, with room to expand up to 300 guests if you arrange additional seating. The River View holds a maximum of 50 guests.
Can we use artificial flowers or attach decorations to the tents?
No artificial flowers are allowed for the bridal party entry as they are difficult to clean up. Additionally, nothing can be attached to the tents.
How far in advance should we book and what happens after booking?
A meeting with Berry Barn personnel is arranged about 2 to 3 weeks before your wedding date to finalize plans.
