Created by the team behind Vancity Officiant, The Ensora brings the ceremony space, licensed wedding officiant, ceremony, legal signing, and marriage registration process together in one dedicated setting. Couples obtain their BC Marriage Licence, book their ceremony, and arrive ready to get married. Witnesses can also be arranged for couples who need them.
Unlike a traditional wedding venue where couples need to arrange an officiant and other ceremony services separately, The Ensora was designed by wedding officiants specifically around the marriage ceremony itself. We offer English-language Legal Signing Ceremonies and intimate wedding celebrations for up to 15 guests, with optional professional wedding photography available.
The Ensora is also pet-friendly, allowing couples to include their dog or other pet in their ceremony. Through Pawfect Witness™, couples can choose to include a paw-print blessing and recognize their pet as part of their wedding day.

Is an officiant included with a ceremony at The Ensora?
Yes. The Ensora is an officiant-led ceremony space, and a licensed wedding officiant is included with our ceremony packages. The officiant guides the ceremony, completes the required marriage documents, and submits the registration after the ceremony.
What do we need to get legally married at The Ensora?
Couples obtain their BC Marriage Licence before the ceremony and bring the original licence with them. The Ensora provides the ceremony space, licensed officiant, ceremony guidance, and completion and submission of the marriage documents.
What if we do not have two witnesses?
Two witnesses are required for a legal marriage in British Columbia. If you do not have your own witnesses, The Ensora can arrange witnesses for your ceremony as an optional service.
Is The Ensora pet-friendly?
Yes. The Ensora is a pet-friendly ceremony space. Couples are welcome to include their dog or other pet in their wedding ceremony. Couples may also choose Pawfect Witness™, an optional ceremony element that recognizes their pet as part of the occasion.
Can we add wedding photography?

The Ensora specializes in small weddings. The Legal Signing Ceremony is designed for a small number of guests (4-8 people), while The Ensora Celebration accommodates up to 15 guests, in addition to the couple and wedding professionals.
