The Meadows is a contemporary barn venue set in the countryside of Stirling, Ontario, offering exclusive use of the space and surrounding 27 acres for your wedding day. The all-inclusive package handles everything from catering to decor setup and cleanup, so you can focus on the moments that matter.

The venue features four picturesque ceremony locations, a covered pavilion (32' x 60'), a getting ready suite, and beautifully landscaped grounds. A team of experienced wedding planners and day-of coordinators will guide you through planning and execution. The package includes a full event menu (hors d'oeuvres, three-course dinner, late night meal), menu tasting with your planner, unlimited planning meetings, professional coordination, a newly renovated stocked bar with two bartenders, and signature drinks.

Amenities include a golf cart for shuttling guests, round and harvest tables, a in-house sound system, three fire pits, overnight parking for 100 vehicles, and permanent venue decor (dried florals, twinkle lights) to reduce what you need to bring. The venue is wheelchair accessible with indoor washrooms and a barrier-free option. Maximum capacity is 150 guests with an 80-person minimum.
