Chef Andrey trained for four years at Tadmor Culinary Institute and brings over 15 years of hospitality experience, plus extensive culinary travel across Europe and South America. Menus are rooted in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and South American influences, often blended into creative fusion dishes. They handle dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and allergy-friendly planning without compromising flavor or presentation.
Event formats range from intimate micro-weddings to larger celebrations and corporate events, typically 4-50 guests with capacity for up to 100 with additional staff. They work with wedding planners and venues, offer Airbnb wedding catering, bartender stations, and add-ons like grazing tables and passed appetizers. A wedding tasting menu is available in-home for $650 plus HST (fee applied to booking).
